Welcome to Indie Poster, where the owner, Wendell Harvey, has over ten years experience in graphic design and the arts. I started out working in a Kinko’s where I learned how to use computers.

From there I managed to get a job as a production assistant at Walt Disney Studios working in the animation department where I learned how to build websites and where I learned what beautiful art is.

My movie poster obsession started while studying for a degree in Graphic Design. One class assignment was to make a movie poster which would also be entered into the annual Key Art Awards show held every year by the Hollywood advertisement community. I was never the same after that show and I've been designing movie posters every since.

As you look at the billboard on the left, you'll see a vast array of movie posters that I’ve created. Some were done on speculation with the hope of being used in ad campaigns and some were actually used.

I started Indie Poster to continue sharing my design skills with the independent film makers. I see a need to help independent film makers to get professional looking posters for less than large agencies charge.
